Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders placed by 1:00 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day from our Florida fulfillment center. Orders placed later ship the next business day. We don't ship on weekends or US holidays. You'll receive tracking by email when your order ships.

Domestic shipping

Free standard shipping on all US orders. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your distance from Florida.

US only

We ship to US addresses only. We don't ship internationally yet. Join our email list to hear if that changes.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can redirect a package only before it ships — email support@seluna.works as soon as possible.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, check with neighbors and your building's mailroom first, then email us within 7 days and we'll help you file a carrier claim and get a replacement.
