About Seluna

Seluna exists because bad sleep shouldn't be the new normal.

Seluna makes sleep tools for women in their 40s and 50s — the years when standard sleep advice often stops working.

I watched standard sleep aids fall short for the women in my life. I dug into the sleep research and found a gap: most sleep products are not designed with midlife women in mind. Seluna is my answer to that.

What we make
