Where do you ship?

US addresses only. Shipping is free on every order. Orders placed by 1 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day; later orders ship the next business day.

What is the 30-night trial?

If you're not satisfied with any Seluna product, email support@seluna.works within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products are fine. Details are in our refund policy.

Evening Blue Light Glasses

When should I wear them?

For up to the last 2–3 hours before bed, while you read, watch or scroll.

How much blue light do they block?

About 98% of light from 400–500 nm, measured by an independent lens lab on 2026-04-27. Read the lab report (PDF).

Can I wear them while driving at night?

No. Take them off before you drive after dark. The amber lenses let through about 47% of light, and safety standards need at least 75% for driving at dusk or night.

Why not regular clear blue-light glasses?

Clear computer lenses let most of the blue light in the 460–480 nm range through. Amber lenses block most of it.

What comes in the box?

The glasses, a magnetic case, a pouch and a cleaning cloth. Shop the glasses.

Seluna Cocoa Sleep Drink Mix (coming soon)

What is Seluna Cocoa Sleep Drink Mix?

A chocolate bedtime drink mix with magnesium (as magnesium bisglycinate), glycine, L-theanine, GABA, passionflower, saffron and 1 mg melatonin. One 30-serving pouch, for occasional adult use. Stir one scoop into hot water 30–60 minutes before bed.

Does it contain melatonin?

Yes, 1 mg per serving. Many sleep supplements use 3–10 mg. It may cause drowsiness: do not drive after taking it. Adults only. Do not use if pregnant or nursing, and ask your doctor first if you take medication.

When will it ship?

We plan to start shipping in late 2026, after the first production batch passes testing.
