Block the blue after dark. Keep your natural wind-down.
Most "blue light glasses" have pale yellow computer lenses made for daytime screen use. They let most evening blue light through.
Seluna Evening Glasses have deep amber lenses for the last 2 to 3 hours of your day. In the lens maker's lab test, they block 98% of blue light from 400–500nm, including the 460–480nm band that tells your brain it is still daytime.
The evening ritual
Put them on after dinner, as the lights go down. Read, sip something warm, talk, or watch your show. The amber tint keeps screens and LED lights from sending a "daytime" signal while you get ready for bed.
What the lenses do
- 98% blue light blocked (400–500nm): measured by the lens maker's lab report. Transmission is under 2% at 460–480nm.
- Warm, clear view: the amber tint keeps colors warm and readable, unlike dark red lenses that turn everything red.
- UV400 protection: the lab report shows almost 0% UV transmission up to 400nm.

See the measured numbers
- Blue light (380–500nm): 1.85% transmitted
- 460nm / 470nm / 480nm: 1.67% / 1.56% / 1.78% transmitted
- UV (280–400nm): 0.01% transmitted
- Visible light overall: about 47% transmitted
Tested by Micro-Light Optics on 2026-04-27. View the full lab report (PDF). The report grades the lens against sunglass and driving standards, and it marks "FAIL" because an amber lens is too dark and too color-shifting for driving. That result is expected for an evening lens you wear indoors.
